• • Is included in the regular and student registration fees: Regular and Student registration fees cover admission to all oral (plenary and parallel sessions) and poster sessions, health breaks, conference lunches, as well as a welcoming reception.
  • Is not included in the registration fees: Travel expenses, insurance, dinners, per diem or accommodation.
  • Is included in the online registration fees: link to attend sessions online with possibility to interaction.

The registration period is extended for online participation and in person participation WITHOUT abstract submission and WITHOUT request for financial support until 30 June 2023 (23.59 local time in Trieste and Pune).

Payment will be made in the online system. Information on this will be sent out later.

Cancellation Policy

Registration is binding and there will be no refund of registration fee. Please make sure you will be able to attend the conference before registering. If the organizers are forced to cancel the physical part of the conference, the conference fee will not be refunded.

Changes

The conference programme and registration details are subject to change. Please see the conference programme for ongoing updated information about the conference.

Processing of personal data

During the conference the participants image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph, or any other means by an official of the conference. This content may be distributed or published at the discretion of the ICRC-CORDEX2023. The purpose of the processing is to provide information about CORDEX´s activities. The legal basis for the processing is public interest. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the ICRC-CORDEX2023 in advance in sending an email to smr3878@ictp.it.

Disclaimer

The organizing committee will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or loss of or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference or related events.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The conference participants must accept personal responsibility for insurance against travel risk and injury. While the organizers will make every effort to observe best safety practices, the organizers encourage all participants to purchase adequate medical and liability insurance. Participants save and hold harmless the organizers from any and all claims, losses and damages, on account of events beyond their control.

The ICRC-CORDEX2023 is committed to providing a safe, open, and respectful environment for participants of its meetings.

Recording by photo, film, or other means

• It is prohibited to take photos or videos of scientific material shown in any oral, or poster presentations unless the presenter authorizes it. Presenters are encouraged to inform the audience if they welcome photos or sharing on social media.

Social media

The ICRC-CORDEX2023 encourages open discussion on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and blogging platforms during the conference. The following rules aim to provide means by which the conference participants can embrace social media, while at the same time remaining respectful of presenting authors’ work and protecting their research output:

• Never post any images or video online without the authors’ explicit permission.
• The default assumption is to allow open discussion of conference oral and poster presentations on social media. However, please respect any request from an author not to disseminate the contents of their presentation.
• If you will be presenting your work at a press conference after your scientific presentation, please ask those in the room not to post about your research until after the press conference has taken place.

Be sure to include the official hashtag, #CORDEX2023, when sharing snippets of your time at the conference on Twitter and elsewhere on social media.
